Welcome to the captivating world of Artly Robot Coffee @ Stonestown Galleria, where the fusion of technology and coffee culture creates a truly unique experience. Located at 3251 20th Ave #250F, San Francisco, CA 94132, this innovative coffee shop is making waves not just for its quality drinks but for its robotic baristas that prepare them with precision and flair.

Imagine this: you step into the vibrant food court, your eyes drawn to the sleek robotic contraption that’s busy crafting lattes, cappuccinos, and more. As Abigail G. noted, it’s not just a drink; it’s an experience to see the little robots at work, turning coffee-making into an engaging performance.

At Artly, ordering is a breeze. Guests can place their orders on a user-friendly tablet, choosing from a diverse menu of both hot and iced drinks. The hot drink selection features delightful options like the Caramel Latte ($4.75), Matcha Latte ($4.50), and Americano ($3.00) to satisfy all palates. I highly recommend the Lavender Latte; its fragrant fusion of floral notes and creamy goodness is simply divine. For those looking to cool down, the Iced Lavender Latte is equally refreshing, priced at $4.75.

The interactive element doesn’t stop at ordering. As you wait for your drink, your name is projected onto a counter where your coffee will be placed, accompanied by an announcement when it's ready. Caitlyn M. shared that the experience of watching a robot expertly prepare her strawberry matcha latte was a delightful highlight, a sentiment echoed by families who found the robots fascinating.

  • Ordering made easy: Use a kiosk to place your order.
  • Robotic precision: Watch as robots expertly craft your favorite beverages.
  • Interactive experience: Your name lights up as your order is prepared, making it fun and engaging.
  • Quality beverages: Each drink is made with care, ensuring a satisfying taste.

Moreover, Artly ensures that your coffee experience is not just about taste but also about enjoyment. As Mito I. pointed out, the café features a staff member to assist patrons and explain the ordering process. This adds a personal touch while keeping the focus on the robotic coffee barista.

Having your coffee made by a robot is definitely an experience to be had. I love watching the little guys make our drinks and most of the time, the drinks come out perfectly!

Needed a quick pick me up after some shopping so finally tried this coffee spot in the middle of the Stonestown food court. It's unique because they have a robot make some of their drinks. You order on the tablet in the front, most of the drinks are made by the robot and some drinks on the menu specify human made. I got a strawberry matcha latte which was robot made. I got it with oatmilk which was extra. The latte was solid. It was cool to see the robot make the latte and serve it by placing it on the counter. Another cool thing is that your name gets projected on the counter where the coffee is placed and there is a green circle which shows the level of completion of your order.

Coffee (Americano) was good ($3.95) and good amount of coffee. It was lots of fun watching the robot get it for me. You order at a computer, your name shows up in lights on the counter where it will be placed, and an announcement is made when it's ready for pick up! Fun!!

The kids got fascinated to try the coffee because of the robot. They had fun ordering and the latte I got was great'! They had a sign that confused a lot of people and annoyed a few. Sign says to download app to get a drink for $1. The promo has ended and they just forgot to take it off.

Quick Summary - Ordering is done through a kiosk - Text message sends when the coffee is being prepared and when it's complete - Entertaining and fascinating to see the robot make coffee - Coffee is not sour This robot coffee machine wasn't there the last time I visited Stonestown. I have tried Artly in the Dublin branch, and I recall it being a positive experience, so I decided to try it again here. There is a staff aiding the robot and explaining how to order to new guests, but the star barista is the robot hand. The staff told me that the robot can make latte art, and I would need to try this out next time. This time, I wasn't able to because I was not feeling like drinking hot coffee. I wanted to cool myself down; the mall felt warm that day. i got two different iced coffees: one is a regular iced latte and the other was the iced snow latte. For the snow latte, the robot pours a viscous cream over the surface. Tasting it, it resembled a creama. This tasted pretty good with the iced latte, and I needed some salt intake, so this creama helped. I'm happy that a new coffee place opened on the upper floor of the food court, so that after I eat something I can finish the meal with a cup of coffee.

Didn't get their coffee but the machines making them looked cool. Got their tong Sui coconut instead and it was delicious I prefer it without the coconut flakes
